Bought two boxes and prepped them the same day. Saved the tops for the animals, rinsed and froze a gallon bag for smoothies and rinsed and ate another gallon bag that week! 🙂 DELICIOUS!!!

They were very good strawberries but coming from Florida and my Mom telling me that Florida had colder winter I knew they would be cold weather always makes them sweeter they get a nice frost and you are gonna get a sweet berry

The ones in Kabul are from Colorado, and let me tell you every single one of them was juicy. Of course I only ate like 15, the rest I canned.
The #2 box of peaches I bought a few weeks ago from Cabool I believe were Freestone. They were a little hard so I let them sit in the box for a week to ripen a little more. Personally I couldn't tell the difference between these and Georgia peaches. Sweet, ripe, and juicy. I ate 2 and prepared the rest to go in freezer bags.

Make sure you remove the box lids and check your fruit. I sent my husband in to get a box of peaches and he forgot to open the box. He was told it was the #1. There's no way that they should have it sold as #1. was very disappointed. Lesson learned!
Cantaloupe was very disappointing couldn’t eat, tasted soured wasted my money. Pineapple was ok .

I don't know if anyone else has had the same problem with $30 a box peaches but I am going to assume, besides being unripe, they have had chilling problems during transport. I have canned peaches for many years; the skins will not slip on them as they normally would and when I can get them to somewhat slip, they are dry and mealy with zero flavor. They're not ripening, they're rotting , so I am very disappointed after having paid $30 for them.

Mine were so delicious!!took some in to work and drummed up business. Next day I cut a bunch up and had residents wanting them too,which I shared til they were gone..💕😊❤😊
We got 44 quarts, plus lots of eating, made homemade peach cobbler and got 6 pints out of 2 bushels!! I need to grab one more bushel to freeze dry some.
